Beyond Early Intervention will work with your child and family to assist you with gaining access to services and supports appropriate to their needs. Resources in the community can include family support groups, therapy, nursing etc.

Service coordination also assists with the school transition process to your local school district at age 2 ½. Transition planning helps families find other options for their child at age three, when children are no longer eligible for services through BabyNet.
